My two-week Vancouver vacation was split into two trips (huzzah!) so this time I took Cyd with me. It was her first cognizant plane ride — we went from “Mommy, I can’t get on the plane, I’m so scared!” to “Mommy, make them hit more air pockets!” We discovered that while I’m most definitely a cold-weather person, my daughter isn’t. We also discovered that we travel rather well together…a good thing, since we plan to do a lot more of it before she’s old enough to want to go to camp instead =)

Four wonderful days in Vancouver, two wonderful days in Seattle (where Cyd got to hang with her cousins). Must…do…this…again!
