One of the reasons I couldn’t stay home from work on Monday was that I had agreed to participate in the SOE Podcast #30 which taped that afternoon. I have never been in front of a microphone in as much pain as I was in that day…but twenty-mumble years of good ol’ broadcasting environment kicked in and I somehow made it through it. Cat made me sound awesome, too…thanks, Cat!

Poor Alan Crosby, though. I’m not sure what he thought when the mic went cold and I collapsed my head onto the table, unable to move =/
