1. Yes, I’m still with the company, even though they’ve forgotten that I used to have a V.I.T. (Very Important Title).
2. Hey, they remembered! After I reminded them.
3. That’s what I get for mentioning my V.I.T. They gave it back to me, only I’m older now so they’re calling me SENIOR. Damned upstarts.
4. I get to work with Babs!
5. Dammit. I have to work with Babs.

7. How can a woman turn a steak dinner into a competition among the potential invitees? “Them? or Her? Who’s it gonna be, sir?”
8. The cat is still alive. It tried to kill me last month but I survived.
9. The concussion I got from the cat still bothers me now and then. I get these random pains on the side of my head. At first I thought it was talking to you-know-who that made them sneak up on me but no, no. It’s the soft, squishy part of my brain still angry about hitting that wall.
10. Wow, I loaned my PS3 to the team for their launch party and the thing still works!
11. Has anyone seen my spare time?
12. Why does a guy like me, who tries to stay in the middle of both sides of any viewpoint, never seem to find myself in the middle of two gorgeous women with large breasts and very skinny waists? Should I switch colognes?
13. Extraordinary Desserts is simply extraordinary. I could’ve done without the aloe vera plant atop my uber-chocolate fudge-laden brownie cake, though.
14. I like the kitchen at the Donhams’ new house. More room for snacks during raid night.
15. I can see the back of my garage now! Pretty soon I’ll even be able to see the floor. I’m staying away from the walls, though. At least when the cat’s around.
16. Stress. Stress, stress, stress. Thank God I don’t drink coffee. Thank God I don’t drink.
17. The one time I sit at you-know-who’s desk to help her with her computer, I find her chatting with Sushi. Makes me wonder whether she gets any work done. Not Sushi, the other one.
18. Yes, I am content. Except for the stress. And the homicidal feline. No, not Babs. The cat.
