What the Diva says:
First thing out the gate, my credit card was billed the full price of the product on the day it was shipped to me. So much for a free trial. After trying to reach their customer service center (which is a hired call center, not the Cheryl Tiegs company itself) with no success, I finally had to call my bank to deal with the errant charge. This experience in itself was enough to turn me off no matter how well the product performed.

Unbelievable® itself is a simple tube of white cream. I used it for four weeks, during which time I got very little benefit out of it. Yes, it did manage to brighten my crow’s feet (notice I said brighten, not lift) – if it was the only thing on my skin. The minute I applied liquid foundation or used eye drops, the product effaced…meaning it dissolved and became useless.

I am critical of the photos of the old woman that appear on their website as “unretouched photos.” The woman is smiling in the top photo, accentuating her wrinkles. In the bottom photo her eyes are held much wider, which in itself will diminish some lines and wrinkles…how much of the smoothness is actually attributed to Unbelievable® is really hard to measure. What’s going on with her hair – is it pulled back in the second photo and not the first?

I don’t see the benefit of this product in the summer when humidity and perspiration take their toll. I also developed comedones (teeny white bumps) at my temples where this product was applied; this is due to one of two causes, as always: allergic reaction to an ingredient or the product is not noncomedogenic.

Approach this product skeptically. If it works for you, that’s great! But if it doesn’t, you won’t be disappointed. Try it for two weeks then send it back so you can get a refund if you have the same experience I did.

Pros:

  1. Unbelievable® is a white cream that, no matter what it does or does not do to wrinkles, gently brightens the area to which it is applied. This means that crow’s feet, if the product is applied to the eyes, will appear less deep – and that’s a good thing.

Cons:

  1. Questionable before and after photos.
  2. Inconsistent results when moisture is introduced.
  3. An expensive investment at $77.00 with S/H for a 0.5oz tube.
  4. There’s an annoying pop-up on the free trial offer that puts you in queue for a live operator if you decide not to participate.
  5. Do you really believe that Cheryl Tiegs looks that terrific at 60 without any help from her plastic surgeon?
