I found this site while stumbling through the interwebs at some ungodly hour. Surprisingly, it was packed with good info and resources about one of our favorite subjects – healthy skin.

At first I thought it was yet another of those websites that draw you in with fancy brand names and promises of youthful, glowing, taut, hydrated skin in two weeks…with links that take you to their affiliate seller sites so you can try before you buy. Not that these sites aren’t without their uses – heck, even I link to items I believe in. The refreshing thing about smartskincare.com, however, is that it doesn’t sell skin care products, it sells skin care knowledge.

If you’re looking for answers about ingredients or performance or cost, this is a good place to start. If you’re looking for ways to get that Hydroderm© effectiveness for under $15, you may get lucky here, too. I was impressed with the variety of topics covered.

Buy one of their pamphlets. The $8 or so that you spend will save you money, time, and blotchy “ohmygod where’d that red patch come from?!” mornings. You’ll encourage a decent website to keep running. C’mon, folks, haven’t we all spent more than that for a hamburger?
